808 Tech Services provides technology support services including but not limited to computer repair, Windows and Linux support, GPU and AI workstation setup, self-hosted server and network configuration, and small-business IT support, delivered remotely, on-site, or by drop-off.
Estimates & approval
All pricing shown on this site is an example starting price, not a final quote. Work begins only after a diagnostic and a clear estimate have been provided and approved.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time of service. (This section will be updated once a real payment process is finalized.)
Warranty
Any warranty on labor or parts will be communicated in writing at the time of service. No warranty terms should be assumed beyond what is explicitly provided.
Limitation of liability
While reasonable care is taken with all devices and data, customers are strongly encouraged to back up important data before service. Liability terms will be finalized with legal review before launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
